Justin Jackson is the President/CEO of Jackson Consulting Firm. Justin is a graduate of Murray State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Occupational Safety and Health. Justin leads the JCF team with a wealth of knowledge from experience in field safety, corporate compliance, risk management, human resources, and business operations.

Early ambitions lead to the career path in the safety industry that Justin has chosen today. In 2009, Justin became the Deputy Director of Emergency Management in Hickman County. He decided to take on this role after serving two years on local fire departments and dispatching for emergency service agencies with his main responsibilities being public safety, conducting training, and scene incident command. Justin continued to further his passion for helping others by gaining experience and training through internships with the Kentucky State Police and now serves as the Director of Hickman County Emergency Management. After obtaining his degree, he joined a safety consulting and training company as a Safety Professional working his way up to the Vice-President/ C.O.O. Justin served the safety consulting firm for over 5 years before leading a corporate safety program with a heavy highway construction company as well as a maritime transportation company.

Justin also has an extensive business management background where he has served on or led various organizations or specially appointed boards including the Tennessee Department of Transportation/Tennessee Road Builders Association Safety Working Group.

In his free time, Justin enjoys spending with his wife, Stephanie, and daughter Macie. Justin also enjoys being an entrepreneur, real estate, and emergency services.
